Tussen de Leijen Making Progress

A beautiful green residential area called 'Tussen de Leijen' will be built on the northeast side of Rijen. The plan area will comprise a total of approximately 375 ground-level dwellings in the form of terraced houses, semi-detached houses, and detached houses. The allotment will be aligned with the current structure of the waterways that divide the plan area into four residential areas. Each residential area will have a green, centrally located courtyard. In this way, almost all homes are situated in green spaces.

‘Tussen de Leijen’ will be an attractive, varied, green, and characterful residential area with a timeless character. The core values for the new neighborhood are:
