Eleven Square Construction Begins

Eleven Square has begun construction in the heart of Amsterdam Bijlmer, next to Arena Boulevard. Construction for the ideally located 2.5-hectare site is expected to be completed in 2025. C Concept Design has been part of the OMC team since the early development and concept stages and is pleased to see the progress.

This project is a new mixed-use development in the southeast of Amsterdam. Eleven Square features two tall residential towers, two world-class office towers, a hotel, a theatre, and a commercial-focused plinth. One of the residential towers will be the tallest tower in Amsterdam southeast. Amsterdam southeast has become a development hotspot as many developers have been focusing on development and real estate growth in the neighborhood. The new development will positively impact and transform the neighborhood into a dynamic lively area. Eleven Square is a development of OMC, a partnership between Ballast Nedam Development and AM Development.
