The project is located in the heart of Moscow, 6 km from the Kremlin, in Moscow City. The visibility of the two towers makes it an iconic architectural landmark of the entirety of Moscow. Sophisticated architecture and an elegant façade design distinguish Neva Towers from other buildings within the city. The project is accessible by various means of transit including new road networks, three metro stations, and a train line.

The project includes apartments ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to penthouses that serve a range of potential residents. The apartments are designed to provide effortlessly luxurious living spaces, with amenities that include the latest technology and smart home remote control systems. The project is also a candidate for the LEED International Quality Certificate.

One of the strongest characteristics of Neva Towers is the implementation of over 8,000 m2 of green roof area, which provides residents with a garden as well as entertainment facilities that include a swimming pool and spa. Neva Towers Showroom is another project C Concept Design worked on in relation to the skyscraper, Neva Towers. The showroom is to have a real estate profile for the towers, for the prospective tenants, and for administrative offices.
