Moscow City, where Neva Towers is located, is the new Central Business District (CBD) of Moscow and is considered the finance, business, and entertainment center of Russia. Neva Towers were awarded the European Property Award for Best Residential High-Rise Development Project and Best Mixed-Use Architecture. The project also received the International Property Award for Best International Residential High-Rise Architecture.

The project is located in the heart of Moscow, 6 km from the Kremlin, in Moscow City. The visibility of the two towers makes it an iconic architectural landmark of the entirety of Moscow. Sophisticated architecture and an elegant façade design distinguish Neva Towers from other buildings within the city. The project is accessible by various means of transit including new road networks, three metro stations, and a train line.

The project includes apartments ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to penthouses that serve a range of potential residents. The apartments are designed to provide effortlessly luxurious living spaces, with amenities that include the latest technology and smart home remote control systems. The project is also a candidate for the LEED International Quality Certificate.
