Columbus Shopping Mall includes 120,000 m² GLA of retail and entertainment space in an elegant complex situated in southern Moscow. Located adjacent to the Prazhskaya metro station, the shopping center draws visitors from the surrounding areas and the greater region.

The project contains five levels of retail and two levels of underground parking. The lower levels focus on day-to-day purchases and contain a 9,300 m² hypermarket. The ground floor level is unique in providing international fashion brands with double-height shopfronts of 9.5 meters.

Columbus Shopping Mall is more than just a shopping center. The top levels feature a range of exciting entertainment options for fun weekend excursions for the whole family. Offerings include an IMAX cinema, children’s entertainment, and double-level restaurants with views of the Moscow skyline.

The Columbus Shopping Mall opened in the spring of 2015 and has since become an important destination within the metropolitan area for fashion, entertainment, and leisure. In 2016, Columbus Shopping Mall won the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Award for the Best Very Large Shopping Centre in Russia.
