C Concept Design won a tender to create the conceptual design of a sales office for One Tower Skyscraper in Moscow City. One Tower Skyscraper designed by Russian Architect Alexander Skuratov is set to become ‘Europe’s Tallest’ Residential Tower’ standing 405 meters tall with 101 floors in the city’s financial district. The office will contain a One Tower apartment mock-up and meeting rooms, to allow potential clients the possibility to look at the unique features, and choose apartment finishes.

Our design was inspired by the idea of living in the clouds, to emulate the experience of living in the One Tower Skyscraper. The sale office design juxtaposes One Towers’ rigid shard design by being curvaceous and circular in contrast. With this premium central location and high-quality apartments, Concept Design looks forward to seeing the project develop into a luxury space in Moscow City.
