Happy 2023, from CCD

As we enter 2023 with fresh ideas and creative spirits, we want to thank everyone whose been part of our journey across two decades. Looking back at 2022, we were able to explore the emerald seas of Zanzibar through our eco-hotel project. In the Netherlands, we have our 4.2-hectare mixed-use project, Urban Interactive District under development and starting the construction phase.

It has been a prosperous year and we look forward to entering the new year with excitement toward thrilling design challenges.
